After the devastating collapse of the Horizon building in North Edge, the city is plunged into chaos with destruction and casualties on a scale not seen in years. Amidst the rubble, the lifeless bodies of Calypso, Vance, and Central are discovered—only to inexplicably come back to life within the territory of a dangerous scavenger gang.
