Ranie Deakin, a scientist employed by Quantex in the Science and Humanitarian Improvement Division, was discovered deceased. Her body was exhumed from the wreckage following the collapse of the Horizon Building. The circumstances surrounding the collapse and the subsequent recovery of Miss Deakin's body are currently under investigation. Further information will be released as the investigation progresses.
