Calypso Qinn was brought in as a juvenile, her current whereabouts are unknown. As a child, she showed potential in becoming a Data Diver. While her skills were novice, she knew how to use them to her advantage.

 
Miss Qinn was affiliated with the ‘Jade Ghosts’, a small-time gang consisting of mostly children and teenagers under the ages of fifteen. The group's activities consisted of minor thievery, destruction of property and pickpocketing. Qinn was uncooperative during questioning at the time, even threatening to break an officer’s nose. Her responses consisted mostly of swearing. Despite this, she was not charged.
